Re: Spark EV Braking Question

My brake does the slight jerk at 3mph as it transitions from regenerative to the actual brakes. I saw a video where someone had a similar issue with a clunk and it was something rolling around in his glove box that actually made the noise when he hit the brakes hard enough. It may be worth checking ...

Re: Trouble code P1E6E: battery 67 circuit

This sounds like something that should be covered by the warranty. Our Volt was at the shop recently because the Battery Energy Control Module was malfunctioning and it couldn't read the voltages on all the cells so it wouldn't let us drive the car. Re: A/C always on

Yes this is for battery conditioning (cooling) I believe it happens above 28 or 29 Celsius. If it's already conditioning I just turn the fan on and be sure to turn off the A/C and the fan will blow some of that cold air your way. If your battery is low enough that it asks to shut off the radio I fou...

Re: Best way to charge for battery life

In my experience with delayed departure settings it will not cool the pack if plugged in and not charging. Going into winter I will watch to see if it heats the battery. The batteries charge to about 97% (4.128 Volts is the max I have ever seen), there is no buffer beyond 3% from my calculations and...

Re: Torque Pro walkthrough video.

Regarding Enginelink - There are custom PIDs preloaded one of them is for a Chevy Volt. I did end up loading the Bolt PIDs which required an upload of the CSV like what you explained.
