Not sure where you are located but lots of places in the bay area and in Sacramento. It can be done for about 900 on the cheaper end.

try unplugging your 12v battery for 10 minutes and plugging it back in. If that doesn't work go see your friendly neighborhood Chevrolet Dealer

To each their own. If you feel it is a fair price and you can afford it I would say go for it. The fuel and service costs are hard to beat for any kind of car. I do worry about the car in snow. Korean built cars do not fare well in salt and snow.

You never know. Some people have multiple homes ore might want to install one where they frequent. (I have my 1st one at my in-laws house)

it really isn't that hard to replace the stock speakers and restore them at lease end. Also it is possible to mount an aftermarket amp that is energy efficient and that can be installed without drilling
