Re: Sonic EV to cannibalize Spark EV?

I may seriously consider a Bolt , if they turn out to be sound , reliable cars . But it will be a few years , ehen they start coming on to the used car market . If the used ones are in the price neighborhood as used Leafs are now . Either that or GM will have to get very aggressive with the leasing ...

Re: Sonic EV to cannibalize Spark EV?

As for comfort , the Sonic is OK . And you have to consider my Wife and I are on the large size . And old with stiff joints and aches and pains getting in & getting out . Comfort for younger / smaller people would be better . Ride is pretty good considering it is a small / economy car . Noise is bet...

Re: End of Lease

To me , it would depend on what it is worth ( in cold hard dollars ) at that time . Versus the cost of something else .

Will you wish to try one of the newer 200 + mile cars coming out " any time now " .

Re: Advice - 12v, no dash lights or sound

I am still looking around for an EV , have not purchased anything , yet . I am trying to remember something I read . About inserting the key in a covered opening on the steering column , close to where the key would be on a gas Spark ? But maybe I am thinking about the wrong thing ? So , you have th...

Re: Battery bars

Thank you for telling me that . It is valuable to know . Should be illegal , like turning back the odometer . And good to know the Spark EV batteries seem to be holding up well . Is this because of the temperature management system ? With no indicator , I guess it would show up in reduced range ? Ha...

Re: Battery bars

I see it stated that the range of the Spark EV id around 80 miles ? Correct ? Have any of you seen the range degrade , significantly ? Do the batteries seem to be holding up OK ? As I probably have mentioned , I am kind of shopping for an EV . Probably a Spark EV or a Leaf . They seem to be at the l...
