I have a set of OEM Spark EV wheels in Portland, OR - listed on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/272702514270
In Excellent condition, no road-rash. The Forum seems to be blocking images from TinyPic for no apparent reason, but the eBay listing has good pictures.

I have a set of OEM wheels with functioning TPMS sensors. Decent tires. Extra set of 195 rear tires with only 3500 miles on them, which I was going to mount on the front when the 185's are done, or before winter.

I might want to sell those,
because I have a set of after market wheels and tires almost ready to install.

What's the going rate here? :?:

I'm in the middle of nowhere, so shipping will be an issue, also. :(

Definitely not. Rear wheels make contact with the front calipers.
But 195 rear tires work fine on the front wheels. That way you have the same size tire all around.

I am in OKC so not too far away actually. :)
Saw a couple sets on here go for $100-150 for the set.

Heard that you can run the 6.5" wheel on the front with a 5mm spacer ....that is what I am wanting to try so that I can rotate wheels/tires and run the same size all around.

Lemme know what you think man!

Thanks!
Dave
Shoot me a PM if you like.

Does the car handle differently with the larger tires up front?

That is a 10mm difference. Anyone claiming to 'feel' that difference is....
Maybe it could be measured on a skid pad.

My aftermarket wheels are all 7" wide, compared to the stock 6.5" and have more offset so they can be used front or rear.
The tires are 195/50-15, instead /55 series.

I'm pretty sure I can feel that it is 'Sprightlier' ! (whatever that means...)

I went with the 195's all around last weekend when I got new tires. Went with the Firestone Fuel Fighters....LOVE THEM!! So quiet...great traction and already improving my charge miles immediately since the other tires were so worn and mismatched. I dont notice at all any difference in upsizing fronts to 195 btw for those wondering.

The Positive/negative from the tire shop is ...they are not used to EV Sparks In Oklahoma....so they didnt pay attention when remounting and put the rears on the fronts ...backed up and tore the crap out of the inside of the wheels on the front.

So, long story short, my buddy is the manager there, he said they would replace them, but offered up a set of aftermarket wheels instead which I agreed to since we were already discussing it hah!

Just gonna get 7" 's all around...need to know if I need a 2mm or 5mm spacer...I have seen several different mentions of it. Anyone have an idea?
Looking at these:

Dave,
Those wheels have very small offset. The Spark requires a much higher number. I don't have that info now, but do your research.
Hopefully you haven't ordered those from ebay.

No, not yet...actually the tire store will be ordering them for me and will ensure proper fitment as far as offset. I HOPE LOL

Thanks for looking out though! Pretty much was just a pic of what wheels I like for it.

And you get to keep the OEM's?

A little dressing with a high speed and a fine disc or scotchbrite and they will be as good as new.
You can use them for winter tires? Or sell them. Like I may do with my OEM wheels and tires.

Hopefully nothing got bent with the caliper carrier. That's what left the gouges on the wheels.

The same guys who air-wrench a wheel down tight on the brake caliper and don't even try to turn it before they put it on the ground and drive it?

Also, the center hole on those eBay wheels is way large. IIRC should be around 56-57mm, I don't have the exact number handy.

I believe these have been used on this forum, may require a shim up front and should have hub centering hole shims, 67mm is about 3/8" to 7/16" oversize.

These are pretty light too, center hole over 70mm though:

I bought these for my after market wheels: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B071GRVV8Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have a set of Konig wheels that I bought used but spotless. These, but I hate the Gold so they are getting dipped white: http://konigwheels.com/wheels/flow-formed-wheels/dial-in/

Only 10.9 lbs, baby !!

Thanks for the replies everyone!

Yes I get to keep my stock ones and the damage is minor but since they offered excitedly I will go ahead. Found a nice set of Drag brand wheels we have on order and should be here this coming week Going to try the test fit. might need some hubcentric spacers but we will see.

I’m in the market for a spare set of wheels. Just mounted the snow tires for winter. Don’t like the idea of visiting the tire shop twice a year.
