Do you think I could fit a smaller diameter wheel?

Curious if I could fit a smaller wheel, perhaps a 13", to the front to increase the effective ratio at the wheel? I have not measured the clearance of the brake caliper to the inside diameter of the rim. I know off-set clearance is an issue. I am also searching to obtain a 2015-16 gear-set to test. I am not as concerned about power off the line as that 30-50 MPH stretch. Sticky compound and a lower ratio would be interesting. If the motor hit its limit around 80 MPH I could live with that as long as the mid-high range improved. I'm probably dreaming. Ok I know I am dreaming....

After about 40mph, the 140hp limit is in effect and the torque starts going down.
The torque limit that applies below 40mph is just to control wheelspin.

If you put on smaller tires that grip better than the OE Bridgestones, you'll get to 40mph faster, beyond that you'd have to reprogram the PCM for more than 140hp.
