I thought this would be helpful to list all of the places that have DC Fast charging and the PRICE per Session or charge.
Just list the location (& State) and $$ but say if the price is per session or per minute etc... Obviously say if it is free.
If you know the CHAdeMO price put that too so we can compare them.
I will post your info on this 1st post so it would be easy and fast to find for anyone looking.
Please do not list the level 1 or 2 prices as this is just for the DC FAST CHARGE.
Thank you for your info :D

SF Bay Area pricing for NRG eVGo (all their DC FC stations have CHAdeMO, but California-only "Freedom Stations" that are popping up due to class action settlement generally have 1 CHAdeMO DC FC + dual standard (CHAdeMO + Combo1): http://www.nrgevgo.com/san-francisco-bay-area/

SF Bay Area Blink CHAdeMO pricing: From http://prod.blinknetwork.com/blinkMap.html, it seems most are $0.59/kWh for Blink Plus members and $0.69/kWh for Blink Guests

Point Reyes, CA at http://api.plugshare.com/view/location/38369 currently shows $0.68/kWh per Plugshare description and the Greenlots app.

Puget Sound Area (Seattle area) Blink CHAdeMO pricing: Per above map, seems like they're $0.49/kWh for Blink Plus members and $0.59/kWh for Blink Guests

West Coast Electric Highway (WA and OR) Aerovironment network CHAdeMO pricing: http://evsolutions.avinc.com/services/subscriber_network/

More NRG eVGo pricing can be found under Charging Plans at http://www.nrgevgo.com/.

Not sure if this counts as pricing, but there are these incentive programs for limited free DC FCing:

BMW i3 w/SAE Combo inlet:
http://chargenow.chargepoint.com/fast-charging
http://chargenow.chargepoint.com/faqs - free 30 minute sessions?

Nissan Leafs purchased/leased on/after April 1, 2014 in certain markets. Unfortunately not all stations for a given operator (e.g. Blink) are part of NCTC. Also has 30 min free DC FC sessions:

Which often unfortunately doesn't list the costs for DC FCing or they're wrong.

For Blink CHAdeMO DC FCs in my area, it just says "Blink rates apply". Example: http://api.plugshare.com/view/location/18023.

http://api.plugshare.com/view/location/10812 is wrong because it seems to list old prices, when Blink was doing per session DC FC fees. It mentions $5 CHAdeMO Blink while Blink's own map says:
Blink Plus: $0.59 per kwh
Blink Guest: $0.69 per kwh

For eVgo's, it often just says "eVgo membership required" w/no price, due to the complexity. Example: http://api.plugshare.com/view/location/45217.

It's crowd-sourced information. Update it if you see inaccuracies!

Links and prices posted in this forum will be outdated very quickly. If we all use (and update) a single source of information, it will be much better than having a thousand threads on a thousand forums.

Thank you, that is why I posted this.
I have noticed that they are not priced or may be wrong.
Also, for us not on the West coast (east coast) we would be able to see the differences that there are adn what we might be able to expect when they come out.

Also, about updating it. That is all well and good but some just won't.
I took pics of spots on Cape Cod but my pics are too big so I have not posted them. I also do not have an EV yet so I couldn't tell you what the prices are, just that they seem to be working VIA green light.
Go to Plugshare and look down on Cape Cod. I updated a few in Barnstable and Hyannis

Sacramento SMUD HQ DC Fast charger:

.22/kWh + .35 transaction fee for Greenlots.

Also has a CHAdeMO same price.

In Orange County/San Diego:

The eVgo SAE CCS chargers are $4.95 connection fee plus $0.20/min that current is actually flowing (not simply connected). So I figure, for about $9.00 you can add say 60 miles of range. The cost in $/mi is higher than gasoline would cost for a relatively efficient car, but there are lots of eVgo chargers around and you pay for convenience I guess. If you charge a lot you can get a sort of membership that costs 14.95 per month. If you go this route then the charging only costs $0.10/min with no connection fee. This plan is probably less expensive if you plan to use the eVgo chargers 3 or more times a month.

There are some stations around that simply charge a flat $5.00 fee to charge. I feel like this is fair. This $/mi is pretty comparable to the cost of an ICE car at today's gas prices.

And of course there are the few free SAE DC charging stations around the area.
