Sorry to hear about all the bad customer service experiences. If you are in MD, the deal is good for you too. It just sounds like they got overwhelmed. Hey, GM sold 900 Spark EVs last month, which is great! I have a relationship with some of the people over there, and they are really good folks. They've been good to me, for sure.

I ordered mine yesterday (30 amp/18 ft. cord). In fact they called me Wed. night, left a message, then called me again Thurs. They appear to be on top of this now. Not a bad experience for me.
