As I'm driving, I hear what sounds almost like a random slapping sound ("ppt") from outside the car. When I stop and look under, nothing is hanging down or looking at all like it would be a problem. It's not super loud, and it kinda seems like it's coming from one of the tires, but it's nothing I'm familiar with. Has anyone else heard this? Any ideas what it might be?
