Took a drive with my little girl (who got engaged over the holiday) for a father daughter jaunt up to the ski resort above our city. If I’m very conservative I can make it all the way to the top and back home on one charge. Three turns from the summit I was in the middle of a sharp 180 degree turn in the dark and we hit a hole hard enough I immediately switched to the tire pressure monitor to see if I had cracked a wheel. No visible damage but I keep thinking the car is handling in an unusual way. Is it loose? No, not beyond the feel of the snow tires. Does it pull to one side? I let it track for over 10 seconds on the freeway hands off and it maintains its lane.

Has anyone actually damaged the front suspension? What does it take to hurt this car?
