Funny about Norway. They get lots of money for selling oil, yet their EV is like 30% of cars. I guess they're like "Heisenberg" from Breaking bad; he only sells the stuff, not use it himself.
Sadly, SparkEV is not available in Europe. It's only officially sold in CA, OR, MD, Korea, Mexico City, and some parts of Canada (Quebec?). What's sad is that Renault Zoe is about the size of SparkEV that performs poorer and more expensive, but that's one of the best selling EV in Europe. If Chevy had been selling SparkEV in EU, it would've sold far more than Zoe, probably even more than many gas cars as Europe tend to have smaller cars.
