Re: Tire recommendation

I can't find Fuel Fighter on Tire Rack or Discount Tire in 185/55/R15.

Looking to replace them before the Fall.

Re: Low Range Used 2015

I wouldn't freak out yet. My range went down to low 60s in cold months and now it's back up to the high 80s in warmer weather.

Re: New 2016 Chevy Spark EV owner

Got mine in August of 2020, still loving it. Winter range went down to the 60s and now it's back up to the high 80s. It's less than 20k and I notice the front tire are getting low in the thread so I will have to do something before the coming fall wet season begins. I drive pretty chill so it maybe ...

Re: Bolt "Fire Sale!"

There are couple of 2017 Bolt around here for $16k, no sales tax on EV. had I seen that a few month sooner I might have gone for it. Don't get me wrong, I love my 2016 Spark EV I bought back in August but a Bolt I can keep for the next decade. I drove the Bolt we have at work and find it very functi...

Re: Programming a new Remote Keyless Entry Fob?

So, does anyone know the procedure they used? The dealer I bought from ordered another one for me delivered but they are like 50 miles away and I figure I would have to give detailed instruction for a local dealer to program it.

Re: Sudden loss of capacity

The 2016 I bought in August used to show 80-85 miles range and now shows 60-68. I garage the car and the weather here in the Pacific NW is mild with daytime high in the high 40s-low 50s now. Yup, it's a bit of concern but I'll see what the next summer brings. I do have a ICE car that I take for long...

Re: About to purchase a 2015....

Yup, sounds like a good decision. 65 miles just cutting it a bit close. If you don't driving in the slow lane. Maybe a 2018 LEAF. I think they got 150 miles range. Good point about electricity price as well. Here in the NW US, electricity is cheap at about 10 cent/kwh so I drive my little Spark as m...

Re: New owner thoughts

I checked the low-beam pattern on the LED retrofit tonight. I did two ways, one is to compare the lights on the wall against another car with OEM light and another is just to see the pattern as I drive home at light. Well, I see no issues at all. The low-beam cut off very nicely on the wall and fall...
