What is a '14 Spark EV owner supposed to do? Scrap it at the first HV battery problem?
Did someone mention a buyback program for these effected cars?

Number 3 looks like a safe bet.
Plus you can return it if it is different.
AFAIK, all Spark EV's are the same except for the battery pack in the '14's.

This is just my cheepazz opinion, but I bought the cheapest tires that fit and ignored the Low Rolling Resistance rating. I can't give you a 'decreased range' number.
