Bought 2016 Spark EV 2 months ago and XM was initially working on free trial.
After I registered it with XM and got trial extended for 3 more months I get No Signal message.
It's not intermittent like going under trees or tunnel, it's permanently not getting signal. Multiple refreshes including one full reset by XM tech support have had no effect.
Does anyone know the module location so I can check connection or have any other ideas?
