I'm sure it's been asked, but what methods of measuring traction battery health exist?

Are there PIDs that Torque can monitor? Is there any instrumentation built into the car to evaluate pack health?

The reason I ask is that I'd like to be able to evaluate battery health when shopping for a used Spark EV.

You can use Torque with the same PIDs as for the Bolt. There is also an energy display that will show kWh used and percent battery used.

I almost forgot -- to use the energy display, you have to start from a full, not partial charge, then run down the battery far enough to get good numbers.

Also, I think it has to be the Torque Pro version.

RSC is correct. Bolt PIDS loaded into Torque Pro for Android phones or Bolt PIDS loaded into Enginelink for iOS and a compatible OBD2 reader. They read the same capacity but Torque pro allows you to read out to the 13th decimal point if you have it setup that way.
