One question and two comments...
Why do you want the DRL off?
If you disable them, ask your insurance company about rates.
...you're likely getting a small discount (safety) for having them on!
If you're trying to eek out another mile or two of range, good luck.
...the best way to really...
First off ...a 240v charger is pretty basic for using the SparkEV like a normal car.
But about charging times...
Once you plug in, the charge times are given on both DIC -if you want to sit back in the car.
Or you can look at either the web-based or the OnStar app that will give you a charge...
It might still be worth talking to the apartment managing company...
It's in their best interest to embrace the future and think about wiring the parking areas.
There WILL be a time when this will be considered standard!
I like the denim blue available for the folks with a fuel tank... the EV blue is a little pale for me...
...but I certainly think she looks good in white! ...that's what I got!
Glad you got your EV and charging station installed
(of course I recognized that location immediately) :D
We'll need to organize our own coastside Spark meet
Sorry I was no help the other day when you called... sick :|
Hopefully you got your EVSE installed and functioning!!
I haven't seen yours (white) but there's also a blue EV Spark around town
I think 60 miles round trip will be very comfortable!
Mine is 53 round trip and I always arrive at home with a real 25 - 26 miles left.
The pre-heat function will serve you well...
...get her warm before disconnecting the shore power.
