Instrument Cluster Dead?

Hi. Today I pushed the on button on my 2014 Spark EV and the instrument cluster never lit up. It had worked fine a few hours earlier, faithfully letting me know my range, speed and other essentials. The Service Vehicle Soon Light lit up briefly after I pushed the on button, but there were no other signs of life from the display. I was able to check for fault codes through the OBD port but there were none.

Has anyone heard of the instrument cluster failing in Spark EVs and/or does anyone know where to get a service/repair manual for a Spark EV?

Great news! All it took was a hard reset, just disconnecting the 12V battery for 5 minutes and the display came back to life. Thanks to the EV forums for the suggestion. I couldn't be happier!
