The Spark EV has a remote transmitter programming port located where the ignition switch would be located in an ICE Spark. This port is covered by a plastic cap which must be removed in order to use the port.

Question: Does anyone know the GM part number for the plastic cap? I need to order one to replace one missing from the 2014 Spark EV I purchased in August. The local Chevrolet parts department is having a difficult time finding the part and its associated part number.

Look, these turkeys get paid the big bucks to do this very job.
If they can't do it, threaten to go over their heads, with a smile on your face, of course.....
Do they have telephones at this dealership? Maybe they could pick up the phone and call someone who can answer your simple question.

Actually the parts guy HAS been doing his job and he DID call GM parts who forwarded the request to engineering. This part is only common to the Spark EV and may be a special order.

5 Jan 2016 - The part guy delivered today and had the correct part. If you need to replace the cap on the remote programming port, order GM part number 95193948. Cost is $9.02 plus tax and It is officially called "CYLINDER, IGN LK".
