I'd wait a bit longer I guess. That doesn't seem that bad. My 2016 with 22000 miles has a GOM of 55-60 and a capacity of 11.3kWh. The GOM started at 85 or so - obviously sometimes a bit higher since it's a GOM - pretty sure values of 88-90 were not that uncommon when brand new...
My understanding is the 2016 was a 40% capacity loss warranty? I guess I have to review the documents. If it's 35%, yes, it's a slam dunk at this point.
Successfully ran down the battery and got stuck a half mile from my house. Had my friend tow me home with a tow rope. 11.3kWh.
The GOM ended up with a higher value this morning, so perhaps the recharge will end up with slightly more energy but I have my doubts. It's a GOM after all...

I have the same questions as above for my 2016 with 22.5k miles.
Guess-O-Meter typically shows about 55 miles at 100%, when I haven't been using the heat or AC much. 11.4kWh calculated...
Looks like we're down to about 11.4kWh (working on a measurement; 74% is 8.4kWh) in our 2016 Spark EV. It has 22.5k miles.
It sits in the warmish south-facing garage in San Diego, charged to 100% all the time (I can't be bothered with keeping it at 60% for the wife, and with daytime...
This issue is resolved, it appeared to be a loose contact in a wiring harness. They tightened it up and the problem went away.
Other issues addressed:
Inaccurate BSE Recall - closed.
Random nut zooming around left rear door panel - found and removed.
Excessive wind noise from right front...
Looks like this happens reliably during the day, if I force the headlight selector to the "headlights on" position, rather than "auto" or "parking lights". So that's good. Basically, if the headlights are on (not DRL), then this issue tends to occur. So at least it will not be difficult...
Sorry, I didn't have the recall in front of me so I just summarized the worst case. It is the recall for the "High Voltage Battery State Estimation", issued in August 2017.

Hi, a couple months ago, my high beams started flashing randomly at night.
This only happens when the headlights are on (so I either have auto mode turned on, and it's dark enough to engage the actual headlights rather than just DRL, or I have the headlight selection in the "on" position)...
By the way, the noise at low speed that you hear is the noisemaker - it's a safety device to make sure pedestrians hear you coming. I think it turns off above a certain speed, when the tires are making enough noise to notify pedestrians of your presence. I don't think the noisemaker is...
My wife and I both have 2016 Spark EVs. My car does NOT have this issue, but hers does. It is exactly the same thing you describe - the pitch of the rocket launch goes up and down, and eventually if you wait long enough, the audio nearly completely cuts out (usually the caller will...
