There should be a 2016 Spark EV but with the existing body style. GM still needs to meet the CA regulations so they still need a ZEV to sell.

You might be able to find a used one, but at this point Chevrolet has no plans to sell the vehicle anywhere else, and dealers violate their contract with GM if they sell outside the sell-states and face stiff...

No DC port. Probably an early car. We take our customer service very seriously! :D It's standard procedure when we get a car in service. Also notice the knee airbags deployed as well, I would say the airbags are probably a big reason why it's totaled.

I'm not sure why you're posting the same question again on a different forum section when it's been answered already, but yes that is working as designed. If you just want the high beam, push the stalk away from you instead of pulling it towards you.

You can also use the OnStar Remotelink app on your phone to do this on the Spark and the Volt. With the app, you don't even need to be by the car, you just need to have an internet connection.

Car got totalled, parts total alone was $15k (without replacing the battery), with labor it was around $29k to repair. I got another one, haven't been contacted by Chevrolet.

I just received an email about 2015 model year Catalog ordering for Chevrolets and it was emphasized that Spark EV Catalogs could only be ordered for California and Oregon dealers, so I have a high degree of confidence that they will not sell 2015 Spark EVs outside of California and Oregon.
