Yes, with all the rebates, you are essentially talking about a $28K Bolt vs. a $15K Spark EV. For my commute needs, I certainly would prefer the Spark at roughly 60% of the cost for half of the range of the Bolt.

I think Chevy's national promotion of $0 down $139/mo does not include doc fee, title, tax, and etc. If OP's total cost including everything is under $3K for 3 years, then indeed it's a very good deal. My total cost for 3 years is just a little over $3,100.

I too bought Bringgo (eval version only). For me, I need to connect the phone to the car via the USB connection for it to work. As a matter of fact, all phone apps, such as Pandora, also would only work with the USB connection. I don't know if everybody has the same experience. I have a problem...
