I used the one at the Royal Farms in Cockeysville, MD this afternoon and there were no issues. Cockeysville, Urbana, Glen Burnie and Westminster are $0.29/kwh, $3.50 minimum. Arbutus is free, for some reason. And although they are on the Chargepoint network, not all of them are visible in the app.

I'm not sure my AAA covers 'ran out of juice!' If it does, I'm pretty sure they'd limit it to 'tow the idiot to the closest fast charger and raise his rates...'
