A little update:
Concierge desk was quite useless. Told me it's between me and the dealership to get the battery tested. Offered no help getting that started, and just kept mentioning the "needs to be below 39.0Ah" etc...
Well, luckily for me, I've been taking screenshots at random times...
I've had a couple calls, and one regurgitated the same boilerplate, but I explained I want someone to actually run the test on capacity, and they're supposed to be calling again soon to see what they can do...
Wish I could find my Kill-a-Watt, and just run the battery dry again / charge it up...
I have 'em in several folders, with three at the root of the drive. For kicks, I renamed the folders with 1_, 2_, and 3_ leading headers in their names. Whichever has 1 displays, and the limit does seem to be 2500 total music files. Strange.
I use Torque Pro to read mine.
I figured the kWh capacity being so low would be what triggered it.
Wonder why it doesn't match the AH reading... One would think they'd track rather closely...
Sure sounds like the technician was referring to the 12 volt battery which is rated in AH (amp-hours). The LN1 12 volt battery is rated at 44 AH. The HV battery is 400 volts DC and is rated at approximately 21kWh new. Something is not right!!
