What does the "string of pearls" indicate?

Thank you for the explanation. I've been guessing at its meaning to avail, don't recall seeing it in the owner's manual, either.

What does the "string of pearls" indicate?

As you can see below the current range estimate (30 miles), and under the power consumption (1 kW). Thanks,

Front tire wear, is this normal?

Hah, that makes me feel better. :D I don't recall other motorists giving me the finger, so I wasn't driving too aggressively. Did you replace your tires with something different than OEM? Thanks,

Front tire wear, is this normal?

If I had to guess, I'd say I drive in L about 40% of the time. How many miles do you guys get out of your tires?

Front tire wear, is this normal?

Surprise the heck out of me too! I do commute on a twisty canyon road, but not overly aggressive, at all. Occasionally in a spirited manner, yes, but not often. The compound must be pretty soft.

Front tire wear, is this normal?

Hi all, I have 9500 miles on the odometer, and the fronts look like this. The rear shows plenty of life left. Thanks,

It took 4000 miles, but I finally noticed

that unlike the Volt, the Spark EV activates the brake lights when lifting off the accelerator pedal while in Low. Driving my Volt, I've had people tell me that the brake lights were broken, because they saw me slowing down but no brake lights.

2015 Chevrolet Spark EV Repriced to Offer Greater Value

I leased my Spark EV. The $7500 was taken off the price. $2500 check from the state is on the way. $3000 check from the county will be soon.

GM cuts price of Spark EV

$12,000 for the Spark EV is an incredible purchase price! I still ended up leasing it because I want to get the Bolt, and don't want to bother with selling the Spark EV by then.

How long is the free XM Sirious radio subscription?

It got a letter yesterday with the following offers: 6 months: $34.10 = $5.68 avg 1 year: $112.76 = $9.39 avg All taxes and fees included. Interesting to note that the longer term is worse. I have another 1.5 months before the trial expires. I'm gonna wait, pretty sure they'll send another...

How long is the free XM Sirious radio subscription?

Any of you guys subscribed after the 3 months are over? I find XM kinda cool, but not sure if it's worth it. I have lots of music on my phone that I listen to via BT. For news I read on the web. I have about 2 more months to decide. Thanks,

LT1 or LT2? Is the leatherette pretty good?

Just curious, are you also considering another Leaf? If not why not? I've only had my car for a couple months, so no long term opinion on the leatherette. It feels great so far. I do wish for more lateral support like in my Volt.

Finally installed my Bosch Level II EVSE

That's great! I got the same Bosch unit, but I'm not smart enough to do the install my self. I had it installed yesterday, my panel is situated the same way as yours. Metal conduit was run on the ceiling to place the charging station across the garage. My Clipper Creek station is directly...

    Bosch-referred installation, worth it?

I received the L2 EVSE from Bosch, thanks for the $500 discount! :D They also sent a local electrician to check out my place and gave an estimate for the install. I had a couple other people come by for their own estimates as well. Overall, the Bosch price is a little bit higher than the...

    200 Mile Chevy Bolt EV

From what I've seen, Bolt is at the top of my list when it's released, 2nd place is Tesla Model 3.

Seeking opinions on adding sound deadening material.

I drive both my cars daily, it's pretty obvious that the Volt is quieter than Spark EV, especially when the Volt is using only the battery. When that battery is depleted and the gas engine comes on, the Volt is noisier, but still pretty well insulated. Like someone said, it's just the outside...

    Are you my daddy?

That's so cool! Wonder how big the battery pack is.
