Good dealer for service?

anyone going to a dealership in Southern California that actually knows how to service a Spark EV? I have been to 3 different ones. Chevy shouldn't sell a car if they do not have competent service for the car. I know more about the car than their people. This is a Chevy dealer. Not jiffy lube they should know the product. I would think they sell enough in OC to have techs out here.

I think the best dealers are the ones that sell a lot of volts and Spark EVs.

My car always says it will finish charging at 745. Dealer tried to say it is my settings even though I have it set to immediate. Also I keep getting run around that they have one electric car tech and they always seem to be on vacation. I have wven tried a friends charger and it still says 745.
