How to Disable Horn Chirps when initiating charge

Does anyone know how to disable the horn chirps when a charge is initiated? my neighbors love that I have a Spark but dislike the mandatory horn chirps when I plug it in, esp late at night. The manual and dealer are useless.

It's just a selection in the settings. Look under Settings/Vehicle Settings/Charging Alerts/Charge Status Feedback

See also page 5-40, left column, of the manual: "Select to turn the Charge Status Feedback on or off."

Vehicles settings is grayed out in my car. I may need a software update

I've seen that before as well. Make sure the car is turned on and maybe not charging.

Zoomit was right.
The car was off and charging when I tried last time.
I also disabled the cord theft alarm. I woke everyone up at 3 am a few times when I triggered the alarm when finished charging.
