My Spark EV continues to charge just fine on my home charger, but it no longer charges on the public chargers I have tried. I've tried three public chargers, all of which I have used in the past without problem, and none of them worked. Two of the chargers were of the same type but the third is an entirely different brand of charger.

Has anyone else encountered anything similar?

Is your home charger the L1 EVSE that came with the car or an L2 EVSE you or someone else installed? Are the public chargers L2 EVSE like ChargePoint or something else?

My home charger is a L2 EVSE as are the public chargers.
The charger I would most like to be able to use is: https://api.plugshare.com/view/location/100299
The second charger is also part of the FLO network.
I also tried this charger: https://api.plugshare.com/view/location/11206

With the FLO chargers the yellow light on the dash comes on but it never turns green. With the Sun Country charger I don't think the light came on at all, or maybe it did but quickly went off.

Since your home charger works, I do not believe there is any problem with your vehicle. Instead, you may have encountered charging locations with mechanical or network problems. PlugShare shows a number of other L2 EVSE charging locations in your area and you might have to try many of them. Also, if you have a friend with an L2 EVSE at home, try the friend's station. Try a ChargePoint L2 EVSE if there is one close to you.

Do you happen to use an Aerovironment L2 station at home? If so, those units don't check for a functioning diode in the vehicle side pilot circuit. You might have a blown diode. This was/is a problem with some Nissan Leafs but as far as I know, not in any Chevy product.
