I think onstar is able to pull codes that don't trigger a check light. They keep telling me I have a P1EC4 and take it to the stealer. No light, nothing from generic OBDII. Stealer sometimes is able to pull codes.

Yes should be ok. There is one nearby I've used a few times. Takes twice as long but it's still 7 times faster than level 2 or 30 times faster than 8amp@120v.

I believe the 2 year maint is only good for tire rotations. I don't remember about the brake fluid but the filter definately is not covered under 2 year maint.

There is a shorter warranty period if you install yourself vs having their electrician. But then from what i've heard having Bosh's preferred electrician install is very expensive.
