Yup, there's a post on this section of the forums about this very issue. one user had their software upgraded. I plan to take mine in when I have time but its been intermittent. Try disconnecting the battery for 10 mins.

Sometimes I do as well but you can always argue that the overage you will pay on excess miles is still cheaper than paying for fuel

It's really intermittent. Maybe 3 times in the past 5 weeks but of course its not fun driving with no AC when its 100 outside! And you cant tell its going to happen until it actually does happen. I will give that a shot regardless!
