Because of my Volt I thought about this. Has anyone tried this?

GM has already done a lot of aero trickery to make the Spark EV better than the plain Spark.
This would have to help. They probably skipped it because of all the complaining/whining from Volt owners that did not understand that it is made to drag.

Of course good luck trying to quantify any real world improvements. Only a wind tunnel would know for sure.
