I saw that overview video long ago and wow... it amazing to see how advanced the EV1 was back then and to see some of the similarities w/current BEVs. I also watched http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LE062OfrN4&fmt=18, which was linked to from http://www.evnut.com/ev1.htm.

It really is way too bad GM killed the EV1. Imagine how much of a lead they'd have had in EVs. They'd also have been in better shape when it came to hybrids if they'd kept that EV1 program alive.
