No instrumentation, yet car is moving

Came across this on YouTube (this is NOT my video/car), surprised we have not seen any threads (especially created by the owner) yet. Definitely a concerning situation there as the car is moving, meanwhile the instrumentation is not there at all or if it's there, not displaying accurate data.

Wo, Serious Glitch.
Was there 'The rest of the story'?

Not to be an apologist,, but did it all go away with a Reboot at a stop light?
Or a Hard Reboot by disconnecting the 12V battery negative lead for about 20 seconds?

That's throwing off all sorts of errors. Fortunately I've never seen anything like this. He says the dealer has no clues? I'm afraid that if he accepts that as the last word, he has no clue. I see a dealer that needs to be leaned upon.

There's more than meets the eye here. Not to be a fanboy, but as an early Prius adopter I remember all sorts of falsehoods being spread by the far right wing to discredit it as a car. ???

In either case, I'd be curious to know what's going on here.
