Thread 'Bluetooth no longer connecting?'

I should have started my thread here, not the news forum. (I’ll delete the original if I find a way.)
Among the many niggly things that I've come to accept (door locks gone wild, tire pressure sensor fail, etc.), I've not yet asked the forum about this one. About a year ago, I lost bluetooth connectivity with my iPhone and it simply will not reconnect. Anyone else have this issue? I've assumed the Spark has an older, no longer supported version of bluetooth.
