Hard to believe but a Chevy dealer in Wilsonville, OR has this posted

Spark EV 1LT (no fast charger I assume but they have those listed for a grand more)

MSRP 26745

20% cash back = 5349
Bonus Cash = 3500
Dealer Discount = 2000
Bonus Tag = 1000
Bonus Cash = 1000

Final Price $13896

Since it is a sale you would get the $7500 fed tax credit

If I had the room I would pick one up and store it for when my lease ends in 2 years

Looks like that is dead, now showing $19245 as cheapest one, but there are other dealers in MD showing a $17k ask price.

I followed up with the OR dealer, and the issue is that the 20% off deal doesn't stack with the other offers - it was an error that the manager made and it was posted and pulled in under an hour.

that's the dealer I bought from last year, they were great. They went and found the car I wanted, I got $3500 GM rebate, $2000 dealer cash, high retail on my trade in. Less the Fed tax credit, $12k for the car. Or, my trade in plus $4000 for the Spark.
