For some reason, both my Remotelink app and MyChevy website fail to update my vehicle's information.

My RemoteLink App states the following:

Vehicles on this account are not currently supported.

On the MyChevy website the error message for the Charging & Efficiency screen states:

We're sorry, you cannot add functionality to vehicles that are not in your account.

WTF?

One possible reason for this would be if the cell modem in the car is out of range for cell service. The OnStar servers try to initiate a connection to the car.

I'm guessing here.

Well it started working....but I think I know what the problem was.

When I signed up for Onstar, I was assigned an Onstar Account #....now I check the Onstar account and it's another account #. I am not sure what happened...they got confused or something like that. Voltstats also stopped working stating authentication error.
