Rebate Check before carpool stickers!

It took 46 days for my rebate check to hit the mail from the day I mailed in the appropriate documents. Just got the confirmation email that the check was sent USPS today. Just thought I would share. Now if those damn carpool stickers would show up already. The release of another couple thousand green stickers has obliviously swamped them again. I though for sure I would get those before the rebate though.

Update: DMV cashed the check last night. So the race is on. What will get here first?

Update: They both showed up on the same day! Got them both on Monday. Talk about timing.

FWIW, here's a timeline of my rebate and HOV Sticker progress.
10-Jan : Applied online for CVRP Rebate
16-Jan : Mailed application to DMV for HOV Sticker
22-Jan : Mailed forms for CVRP Rebate
13-Feb : Check to DMV cleared my bank
14-Feb : Received HOV stickers!

Hope this provides some hope!

I'm also in San Mateo county... off-topic, a bit, but do you know a good electrician who can put in a 240v outlet for me in my garage? My last guy flaked out on me at the last minute.
