Also, what should I be expecting for a 3 year lease at this point of time for a 2LT?

I haven't looked at your numbers carefully, but as I've posted numerous times:
IMHO, it's a better idea to put no $ down. For many (most?) leases, if the car gets totaled, you won't get any of that down payment back.

I see "DUE ON DELIV 2000.01" on your post.

BTW, since you mention "fast charge option", I hope the dealer isn't feeding you misinformation about the ubiquity (or rather, current lack of) of the J1772 CCS network/infrastructure. J1772 CCS is the compatible DC fast charge standard w/the Spark EV and upcoming BMW i3.

I'm aware -- still thought it's a good idea to have it in case we see more of them pop up.

The down payment does include tax/delivery, etc.
