WOW $9.95 Per charge! That looks to be a bit on the high side? Also looks like you can set up a monthly plan with this company it may make it more reasonable, but its not clear what pricing will be after the introductory rate.

They're also advertising a monthly QC plan for California, although I can't find it on the website: $14.95/month plus $0.10/minute. Use one of their QCs twice a month and you're ahead of their $9.95/charge cost.
