Regarding TPMS: I put new wheels and tires on my 2016. Had a local tire shop mount the tires and new TPMS sensors, but without 5mm spacer could not put them on the car, and thus, did not have the TPMS sensors synced. When I got the spacers, I mounted the new wheels and tires on the car and after a week or so, returned to the shop where they syncronized the TPMS sensors... Took about three minutes. In the interim, the car worked just fine although a light did appear on the dash cluster.
