Charging at Freewire/EV Connect Charging Station

Hello. Has anyone successfully charged at a Freewire/EV Connect charging station? For me, it gets to the point where the charging light on the dash turns green and the horn beeps and then it immediately stops. It displays a message on the instrument panel of "unable to charge" and generates two fault codes. I can share the codes the next time I'm at the charger.

Thanks for your help. With our little batteries, being able to charge at a particular station can be a game changer.
