Got this sweet, sweet deal in bayarea

I think I got a really good lease deal for Checy Spark EV 2015 1LT model (the faux leather in 2LT looks like crap). I will skip all the details and give the bottom line money I paid.

Lease Term = 39 months with 10K miles annually
Drive off = 1500.
Monthly payment inclusive of tax, tags, etc (everything) = 80.76.
Dealer picked up first two months of lease payments and GM picked up one.
Once I apply for 2500 rebate from CA state, my cost of leasing the car per month will be

((36*80.76)+1500-2500)/39 = 48.90/month. I am now paying more for insurance than for leasing it. Who would've thought I would see a day like this.
